Grow Treatment Center generates inbound calls for treatment providers through a consistent, transparent process — from traffic creation through call routing and buyer feedback. This page walks through each stage.
1. Traffic Creation
We create consumer-facing content and campaigns across search, Google Business Profile and select social channels to reach people actively looking for addiction treatment or mental health support. See Traffic Sources for a full channel breakdown.
2. Consumer Intent Capture
Consumers reach a phone number or contact form tied to a specific campaign, which lets us track which channel generated the inquiry.
3. Call Tracking
Each call is tracked with call source, timestamp and basic qualification data (geography, general program interest) before routing.
4. Routing to Buyers
Calls are routed live to the buyer whose confirmed coverage, program type and current capacity best match the inquiry, using the filters set during onboarding.
5. Qualification
Qualification rules — minimum call duration, geography match, program match, and duplicate detection — are documented per buyer and applied consistently. Full detail is on our Lead Quality & Qualification page.
6. Buyer Feedback Loop
Buyers can report call outcomes (answered, qualified, admitted, not a fit) so we can refine targeting and channel mix over time.
7. Optimization
We use aggregate, anonymized outcome data — not individual patient information — to improve which channels and campaigns we invest in for each vertical and state.
