Pay-Per-Call for Treatment Centers

Grow Treatment Center is a B2B marketing and lead-generation company for treatment providers. We do not provide treatment, medical advice, crisis support or patient placement.

Pay-per-call is our most common buyer model: treatment providers pay for calls that reach an agreed billable duration — not for raw traffic or impressions.

The Pay-Per-Call Model

Buyers agree on a per-call rate before any campaign begins. This keeps billing predictable and tied to actual inbound interest rather than ad spend or clicks.

Billable Call Definition

Rehab and mental-health calls are difficult and costly to generate, and some irrelevant or mismatched traffic can occur naturally even with careful targeting. Unless a separate written campaign agreement states otherwise, a call that reaches 30 seconds in duration is considered billable. Billability is measured primarily by this duration rule, not by whether the call happens to match every detail of a buyer’s program, resulted in a Verification of Benefits (VOB), or led to an admission.

Inbound vs. Transfer Calls

Some campaigns route direct inbound calls; others use a warm-transfer model where a call is briefly screened before being connected. Buyers can discuss which model fits their admissions workflow.

Filters and Caps

Buyers can set daily or weekly call caps, geographic filters and program filters to control spend and volume predictably.

Reporting

Every billable call is logged with basic call data (duration, source, timestamp) so buyers can review billing. Questions about a specific call can be raised through your account representative and are reviewed against the 30-second billable-duration rule described above.

Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a billable call?

Unless your written campaign agreement states otherwise, any call reaching 30 seconds in duration is billable. This is the primary measure of billability — not whether the call resulted in a VOB or admission.

Can we set a monthly spending cap?

Yes. Daily, weekly or monthly caps can be set and adjusted at any time.

Are irrelevant or mismatched calls automatically credited?

No. Rehab and mental-health calls are difficult and expensive to generate, and some irrelevant traffic can occur naturally. A call is not automatically replaceable or creditable solely because a buyer did not like it or it did not convert; billability is governed by the 30-second duration rule unless your written agreement says otherwise.
