Pricing for calls and leads is set individually based on program type, geography, exclusivity and current demand. This page explains the factors that shape pricing and volume, and what buyers should have ready before requesting current rates.
Custom Pricing Factors
- Program type (inpatient, detox, mental health, sober living, etc.)
- Geography and exclusivity (shared vs. exclusive coverage)
- Payer mix accepted
- Current supply and demand in a given state or metro
Volume and Filters
Available volume depends on active traffic sources and how many buyers are currently receiving coverage in the same area. We can share a current range once your buyer profile — geography, program and filters — is set up.
Hours and Agent Capacity
Buyers should confirm realistic admissions-team hours and capacity so call volume matches what their team can actually handle.
Call Billing Policy
Rehab and mental-health calls are difficult and costly to generate, and some irrelevant or mismatched traffic can occur even with careful targeting. Unless a separate written campaign agreement states otherwise, a call that reaches 30 seconds in duration is considered billable. A billable call does not guarantee a Verification of Benefits (VOB), admission, revenue or any specific financial result. Billing structure (prepay, post-delivery invoicing, or a hybrid) is set per buyer agreement and confirmed during onboarding.
VOB Performance as a Benchmark
We evaluate campaigns over a meaningful call sample rather than judging individual calls in isolation. A normal Verification of Benefits (VOB) rate may generally fall between approximately 2% and 8%, depending on program type, insurance requirements, operating hours, geography, admissions performance and other factors. This range is a performance benchmark, not a guarantee — actual results vary with your admissions-team answer rate, speed to answer, insurance acceptance, program availability and call-handling quality.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee a specific number of calls, admissions or revenue outcome. Any figures shared, including the VOB range above, are benchmarks based on recent, comparable activity — not a commitment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you require a minimum monthly spend?
Minimums, if any, are set per buyer agreement and discussed during onboarding.
Can we get exclusive coverage in our area?
Exclusivity, where available, is discussed as part of pricing and depends on current demand in that area, and applies only where a separate written agreement specifically grants it.
What makes a call billable?
Unless your written campaign agreement states otherwise, any call reaching 30 seconds in duration is billable — this is the primary measure of billability, not whether the call resulted in a VOB or admission.
