Our mental health leads program connects behavioral health and mental health treatment providers with inbound callers seeking residential or inpatient-level mental health support. As with our addiction treatment programs, we generate and qualify calls; we do not provide treatment, medical advice or crisis services.
Programs Served
- Residential mental health treatment
- Inpatient behavioral health programs
- Dual diagnosis / co-occurring mental health and substance use programs
Caller Qualification
Calls are filtered for general geography and program fit before routing. Because mental health inquiries can involve sensitive circumstances, our forms and scripts avoid collecting clinical detail or diagnoses — qualification is limited to what is needed for routing.
Service Areas and Call Handling
Buyers define which states or regions they can accept and their admissions hours. Calls received outside those hours are handled according to each buyer’s after-hours preference, set during onboarding.
Not a Crisis Service
This program is not a crisis line and does not triage acute mental health emergencies. Buyers and any public-facing materials referencing this program should direct anyone in crisis to appropriate emergency or crisis resources.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle crisis calls?
No. This is a marketing and call-routing program, not a crisis line. Buyers should have their own protocol for anyone presenting a crisis.
What information is collected from callers?
Only general information needed to route the call — geography and general program interest. We do not collect diagnoses or detailed health history.
Can we combine mental health and addiction treatment coverage?
Yes, for dual diagnosis / co-occurring programs. Let us know during onboarding so filters reflect both program types.
