Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often from treatment providers evaluating our call and lead-generation programs. This page is not intended for people seeking treatment.

What is Grow Treatment Center?

A B2B marketing and lead-generation company connecting treatment providers with qualified inbound calls. We are not a treatment provider.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on program type, geography, exclusivity and current demand. See Pricing, Volume & Buyer Requirements.

Where do your calls come from?

Search, Google Business Profile and select paid/social channels — see Traffic Sources for detail and source-level reporting.

Can we get exclusive coverage?

Where available, exclusivity is discussed as part of pricing based on current demand in your area.

Which states do you cover?

Coverage varies by active buyer demand — see our state directory for currently published states.

What makes a call billable?

Unless your written campaign agreement states otherwise, a call reaching 30 seconds in duration is billable. Full detail is on our Lead Quality & Qualification page.

What is a Verification of Benefits (VOB) and what rate should we expect?

A VOB is the process an admissions team uses to confirm a caller’s insurance coverage. A normal VOB rate may generally fall between approximately 2% and 8% of calls, depending on program type, hours, insurance mix and other factors. This is a performance benchmark, not a guarantee.

Do you guarantee admissions or ROI?

No. We do not guarantee admissions, revenue or return on investment.

Are irrelevant or mismatched calls automatically credited?

No. Some irrelevant traffic can occur naturally given how difficult rehab and mental-health calls are to generate. A call is not automatically credited only because a buyer did not like it or it did not convert — billability follows the 30-second duration rule unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Do we need to accept calls from every state?

Generally yes. Most rehab and mental-health buyers we work with accept qualified calls from all 50 states. State pages on this site describe search demand and lead-generation opportunity, not a guarantee of state-specific volume.

How does onboarding work?

See the onboarding checklist on our For Treatment Center Buyers page.

Is my information kept private?

Yes — see our Privacy Policy for full detail on data handling.
